Healing through movement, stillness, and story
Author of How I Learned To Stay
My work is personal, grounded, and slow by design.
It draws from Reiki, private yoga, and years of listening —
to the body, to lived experience, and to the quieter places where change begins.
The body carries its own kind of knowing. It doesn’t respond to pressure or force,
but to attention, to time, and to being met where it is.
This is not about fixing or striving.
It is about making space —for awareness, for regulation, and for a more honest kind of connection. This work makes space for what is already there to be seen more clearly.
Georgia Walker Wellness
Grounded energy work that supports regulation, integration, and embodied awareness.
One-on-one sessions shaped around your body, breath, and lived experience.
A memoir of roots, reflection, and the rhythms the body remembers.
This work is an extension of the same listening that shapes my practice.
I’m Georgia Walker — a Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, and writer living and working in Central New York.
My work is shaped by land, lineage, and lived experience. I work slowly and attentively, with respect for the nervous system and the stories the body carries.
I’m less interested in fixing things than in understanding them.
I believe meaningful change happens in relationship —
with ourselves, with our bodies,
and with the places that have shaped us.

If this feels like something you need, you’re welcome to reach out.
Sessions are offered by appointment, and I work with a small number of people at a time so the work can remain personal and attentive.
