My work is quiet, attentive, and shaped by the understanding that the body moves at its own pace.

Rather than pushing for change, I focus on creating the conditions where it can happen naturally — through presence, attention, and time.

Reiki

 

Reiki is a form of energy work that supports the body’s ability to regulate, integrate, and settle.Sessions are done fully clothed, in a calm and grounded setting. Many people experience a sense of deep rest, clarity, or subtle shifts in how they feel and process what they’ve been carrying.This work is not about doing something to you — it is about supporting what your system is already working toward.

​Yoga

Private yoga sessions are shaped around your individual body, needs, and experience. This is not a performance-based or fast-paced practice. It is an opportunity to move in a way that is attentive, sustainable, and responsive to what your body is communicating. We may focus on strength, mobility, breath, or simply learning how to move with more awareness and less strain.

Sessions are offered by appointment, and I work with a small number of people at a time so the work can remain personal and attentive.
